Well here we are! We have taken the plunge again and a 20 hour day of travel to arrive in Hong Kong to start our proper teaching careers.
We have been here a month already and in a similar fashion to our experience in Japan, time is flying by at a break-neck speed!
Our good friends Dave and Nina welcomed us at the airport (twice!!! Sorry bout that) and smoothed out what could have been a rough transition. We spent two weeks in a hotel and then moved into Dave and Nina's apartment (correctly named Jenn and Duncan's apartment now).
We love our place and we look forward to having people over (as opposed to our ghetto 1 room apartment in Thunder Bay). So all are welcome to visit.
We had a great summer and got to spend more time with our families then we have been able to in years. Even though we are living on the other side of the world, it looks like summers will be spent in Canada for 3 to 6 weeks depending on how much money we want to make.
